Stationist Solution supplies workplace products and business services. This notice explains how information is handled when you browse our website, contact our team or use an authorised administrator account. It covers this website and enquiries made through its contact links.
Information you choose to share
An enquiry may include your name, phone number, email address, organisation, product or service requirements, quantities and delivery location. Please share only information needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Aadhaar/PAN copies, tax records or other confidential documents through the general enquiry form. If a service requires documents, first agree a suitable secure route with our team.
How the enquiry form works
Reviewing the form does not send or save your enquiry. When you agree to share your details and choose Submit enquiry, the information is sent through Cloudflare and saved in our private Supabase enquiry inbox. Only authorised administrators can read it and record follow-up notes. A submission reference helps prevent duplicate entries if a request is retried. Email and WhatsApp remain optional alternatives: they open your own application, and we receive those messages only when you send them. Call and Buy links open your phone application; they do not place an online order or take payment.
How information is used
We use information you send to respond to questions, prepare quotations, clarify specifications, coordinate agreed orders or services and handle support requests. Where a transaction proceeds, relevant records may also be used for invoicing, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. A product enquiry does not subscribe you to a website marketing list.
Hosting, security and administrator accounts
Cloudflare delivers this website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details and security events, to operate and protect its services. Supabase provides the database, media storage and administrator authentication. Public visitors can read published catalogue and blog content. Authorised administrators use an email address, password and authentication session to manage content; access is restricted through account permissions.
Browser storage and external links
The website uses browser storage to keep an administrator signed in. Clearing site data or signing out removes or ends the local session. The current site code does not include advertising trackers or a visitor analytics script. Hosting providers may still process technical logs. To limit automated form abuse, the submission service uses a keyed, non-readable identifier derived from the connecting IP address and email address. It does not store the raw IP address in the enquiry inbox. Rate-limit entries older than two days are removed during subsequent submissions. Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other external links open separate services whose privacy and cookie practices apply when you use them.
Sharing and public content
Information may be handled by the hosting, authentication and communication providers needed to deliver the site and respond to you. If fulfilling an agreed requirement involves a supplier, delivery partner or professional adviser, only the relevant details should be shared for that purpose. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Published products, articles and uploaded catalogue images are publicly accessible; administrators must not upload private customer records.
Retention and security
Enquiry and transaction records are kept for as long as needed for their purpose and applicable accounting, legal or dispute requirements. The appropriate period depends on the record; this website does not promise a single deletion date for all information. Access controls and provider safeguards help protect information, but no online system or communication channel can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask what information we hold about your enquiry, correct inaccurate details, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. You can also ask us to stop optional communications. We may need proportionate verification before acting. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and records that must be retained. Withdrawing information needed for an unfinished enquiry or service may limit our ability to continue it.
Children and changes to this notice
The website is intended for adult customers and business or institutional representatives. Please do not submit personal information about children. If you believe such information was sent in error, contact us. We may update this notice when the website or its processes change; the date below identifies the latest version.
